So Shlee and I were asked to photograph/dress up as Yo Gabba Gabba characters for a birthday party but it turned out to be just us photographing ourselves! (I think we had more fun than the kids...)

the series is essentially going to be about identity and what goes on inside of a persons head.
i'm not sure if i'm properly executing it yet, but here is a rough "sketch" of what i'm thinking. there's still a lot of work that needs to be done but this is only the beginning.
i was looking through some old things of mine and i came across my portfolio cd from my senior year of highschool. some are cool, some are lame, and some are just funny!
So for those of you who don't know, next year I will be attending Penn State University as an MFA candidate for photography. Dani and I went there this weekend to check out Joe Netta's MFA show and the art facilities. Neat-o!
when you learn to properly frame an image in the viewfinder of a camera, you start to frame and catalog everything you see, whether you photograph it or not. and suddenly, memory has the shape of a rectangle.
